Through these nearly thirty years of experience as a corporate executive and leader of global organizations, I have had an endless number of challenges and opportunities to add value by transforming companies and guiding teams toward what I always considered corporate missions, clear and fair.

I had successes, as well as major stumbles, from which it was always where I drew the greatest learnings and which I want to share with you. Eduardo Magallanes was born in Mexico City, where he lived until he was 25 years old. He graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana with a degree in Business Administration in Mexico City, and subsequently pursued master’s studies in International Business at Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona.

Throughout his professional journey of more than 25 years, he has held different executive roles, leading teams for global companies of great scale and complexity, driving growth and transforming organizations in different parts of the world.

At the age of 50, a profound spiritual transformation changed the course of his life. In the years that followed, he dedicated himself to studying, deepening, and integrating that transformation, marking the beginning of an intense inner journey.

During the last several years, he has worked as an independent consultant and advisor, collaborating with executives and business groups, primarily throughout the Americas and Europe.

With this book, Eduardo Magallanes has begun his career as an author and speaker, offering tools to activate and empower the skills required for more integrated and conscious leadership.
