More Information
Leading people is not easy. Working as a team is not either.
Throughout my career, I have accompanied organizations, large and small, as well as startups, in profound processes of growth and transformation. From my role as an International Executive for large multinationals, to my collaboration as an advisor and counselor to hundreds of emerging teams globally, I have been able to see patterns that repeat over and over again:
• Talented teams, but without direction.
• Well-intentioned leaders, but without tools to inspire.
• Worn-out processes, broken communication, unmanaged egos, fear of error, and lack of collective vision.
For this reason, group advisory was born as a response to an urgent need: that of training more human, more collaborative, and more conscious teams of their purpose, that manage to generate a greater impact. Teams that work, that understand each other in harmony, and that produce better results.
What is group advisory?
It is a profound and personalized accomplishment for teams and their leaders, who seek to:
• Improve the internal management of their teams.
• Learn to work collaboratively and cohesively.
• Overcome invisible conflicts that slow down growth under the strengthening of trust.
• Turn their leaders into conscious guides and better integrated, instead of supervisors.
• Elevate the level of performance without sacrificing the team’s well-being.
• It is not just about motivating.
It is about training collective intelligence, developing leadership skills, and cultivating the culture necessary to grow together in a sustainable way.
Why work with me?
I have worked for years from different angles of leadership. As an executive for large corporations, I have experienced the challenges involved in aligning hundreds of people behind a common goal.
I have lived the pressure of results, talent turnover, burnout, and conflicts between areas.
And as a startup advisor and counselor to major international organizations, I have seen how disorder, lack of processes, poor communication, or the absence of clear leadership can cost much more than money.
Therefore, I do not come to speak from theory; I come to share with you a method based on real, practical, and profound experience.
I come to teach you how to transform your team.
What common problems do we work on?
In group advisories, we address directly and honestly topics such as:
• Teams that do not trust each other.
• Leaders who do not know how to delegate or communicate clearly.
• Culture based on fear, pressure, or disorganization.
• Collaborators who do not feel heard or valued.
• Lack of motivation, creativity, commitment, or shared vision.
• Structures that do not promote growth or well-being.
What skills do we develop together?
In each process, we look to enhance key skills so the team:
• Communicates better: without fear, with empathy, with clarity.
• Works as a whole: where everyone understands their role and their impact.
• Makes assertive decisions: with responsibility and autonomy.
• Cares for their energy, their mental health, and that of the rest of the team.
• Builds trust: from transparency and collaboration.
• Gets inspired and aligns around a larger purpose.
What do you get with a group advisory?
• A stronger, more united, and more focused team.
• More conscious and better-integrated leaders, with better tools to guide others.
• A healthier and less conflictive work climate.
• A more human culture, where the talent flourishes and stays.
• Sustainable results, because a well-led, well-managed, and motivated team yields more, with less burnout.
How is the process?
Every advisory is different, because every team is.
We begin with a diagnostic session, we listen to your challenges, we evaluate the climate, the processes, and the leadership styles present. From there, we design sessions adapted to your needs, which can include:
• In-person or virtual workshops.
• Reflection and alignment sessions.
• Dynamics to strengthen internal culture.
• Soft skills training for leaders and teams.
• Individualized interventions in specific conflicts.
Who is this advisory for?
• For companies that are growing rapidly and need to align their teams.
• For leaders who feel they are pushing alone.
• For startups that want to build a solid foundation from the beginning.
• For teams that have lost motivation, connection, or direction.
• For organizations that want to work with more meaning, more efficiency, and more humanity.
If you also believe that teams are not built alone, but rather are cultivated with intention…
